Set for release on 12th July, early twenties is a love letter to her community and explores the complexities and emotions surrounding this era of adulthood. Filled with Cat’s honest and diaristic storytelling, her upcoming debut album is a warm and relatable listen for Gen Z or those nostalgic for their formative adult years.

 
Cat Burns represents and is leading the charge of young, Black British queer creatives cutting through culture today. A three-time BRIT Award nominee and a BBC Sound Poll 2023 shortlist inductee, to name a few accolades under her belt, Cat propelled into the spotlight in 2022 with her viral smash ‘go’, which peaked at #2 on the Official Singles Chart and earned a double-platinum certification.

 
Cat has made her mark on stages on both sides of the pond, opening for global superstars Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith on their respective headline tours. She wins over audiences with her sublime live performances and has cultivated a solid fanbase in the process.
