Jefferson Airplane

Jefferson Airplane, formed in San Francisco in 1965, pioneered the psychedelic rock sound of the counterculture movement. Their hits 'Somebody to Love' and 'White Rabbit' remain iconic. The band evolved into Jefferson Starship and later, Starship.
